ROAS (return on ad spend) is revenue divided by ad spend. This tool estimates revenue from your spend, cost per click, conversion rate, and average order value, then divides by spend to give your ROAS as a multiple.

It depends on your margins. Many ecommerce brands aim for 3x to 4x, while high-margin or high-ticket businesses can be profitable at 2x. The number that matters is your break-even ROAS, which is 1 divided by your gross margin.
